Tantangan Berkehidupan di Masyarakat yang Beragam: CICP Visiting Professor 2021

Jumat pertengahan November lalu (12/11) CICP baru saja menggelar acara yang berjudul CICP International Webinar: Challenges of Living in a Diverse Society. Webinar ini diselenggarakan secara daring via Zoom dengan mengundang 3 narasumber dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Narasumber tersebut antara lain Prof. Dr. Faturochman, M.A. (Fakultas Psikologi), Dr. Muhammad Najib Azca (Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik) dari Universitas Gadjah Mada serta Rogelia Pe-Pua, Ph.D. narasumber dari School of Social Sciences University of New South Wales. Materi yang dibahas antara lain yaitu “Managing Diversity for Unity” oleh Faturochman, “Lessons Learned from Conflict Resolution in Indonesia” oleh Muhammad Najib Azca, dan materi terakhir dibawakan oleh Rogelia Pe-Pua yang berjudul “Australian Experience of Multiculturalism and Cultural Diversity”. Webinar ini adalah acara rutin CICP dari program umum Visiting Professor yang diadakan setiap tahunnya, tahun lalu CICP mengundang pembicara Luca Tateo Ph.D. dari University of Oslo, Norwegia. Webinar ini disambut dengan baik dan aktif oleh peserta yang berasal dari kalangan mahasiswa S1, S2, S3 dan khalayak umum. [Ratri/Humas CICP]
